May I know, Can we find the time of birth using DOB and place? Do we need any other thing like RASHI or NAKSHTRAs for this? Could you please explain how can we find someone’s time of birth if we don’t know?

Yes, we can find the time of birth. For this you need extensive experience with the Vimshottari Dasha System. We do not need anything other information.

Deep observation of Dashas and noting of their timings will lead to actual time of birth.
